While We require users (such as developers and agents) listing properties subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”) to comply with its provisions and the rules of relevant state authorities like MahaRERA (including providing RERA registration numbers and QR codes for Maharashtra properties), We do not independently verify the RERA compliance status or the accuracy of RERA-related information for all listings. Information regarding RERA compliance is provided by the listing user. We are not liable for any non-compliance with RERA or related regulations by users of the Platform. Users are advised to independently verify RERA registration details and project information directly with the relevant RERA authority before making any investment decisions.
